The Swedish Post and Telecom Agency needs telecpms companies to report sales figures (avgiftsgrundande
omsättning) as source documentation for the fees that it will charge. Any ideas gradtefully received.

I would have thought this exists in English but I don't know what it is. Maybe something with "qualifying revenue"? The answers so far have the relationship the wrong way round: the agency charges the companies a fee based on how much of a certain type of revenue they generate.
