Due possibilità.
6 mins
di età avanzata
Questa è la traduzione che ti propongo per il secondo termine, laddove precede "labour force" (forza lavoro di età avanzata), mentre nel primo caso potresti renderlo con "livello di anzianità".

: secondo me ageing non è aged. A quarant'anni non sei aged ma sei ageing rispetto all'education che hai conseguito (una ventina d'anni prima)

Strano però che nella terminologia economica le pensioni "di vecchiaia" corrispondano all'età anagrafica del lavoratore mentre quelle "di anzianità" solamente alla sua carriera contributiva, potendo della seconda beneficiare soggetti anche più giovani...
