This is about allocations. Some of the rooms of a hotel may be allocated to, say, an online booking platform or other third parties, and some of the rooms are allocated to be sold by the hotel itself. Your sentence basically states that rooms are booked via the hotel itself (ie. rooms from the hotel's allocation), not through a third party.
