少数民族 are often called "ethnic minorities", theme park is obviously an Americanism which does not reflect this type of attractions and people might get disappointed if they don't see roller coasters there! I've been to the 苗黎山寨 in Hainan and I'd called it the Miao Li Enthnic Village, and when I described to others using that term people had no problem understanding it.

: I'd think "cultural" is a term a bit too broad. It sounds more like 文化村. So maybe to add the word "folk" makes it more specific, such as "Folk Culture Village"
