Current Household Registration - Complete

I believe this means that the entire family living together is registered on the same 户籍藤本。

I found a possible explanation of the differences between 全户 and 部分户 which may be of some help:

Given this explanation. I would translate 现户全户 as "Current Household Registration - Complete" and 现户部分户 as "Current Household Registration - Partial."

I hope that helps some!
