从这段叙述可以判断：“套型面积”就是我们经常说的 “建筑面积”。
其实关于“建筑面积”或“套型面积”的翻译很多，目前似乎也没有什么统一的译法，所以前面几位同仁的观点都有道理。我在中国房产测绘网上找到一个可能比较权威的译法：建筑面积（gross floor area）。（http://www.fcch.com.cn/FCZX/ZHLR/04071604.ASP）

: Agree, it's gross floor area. However, as shared above, different country or district may treat the "gross floor area" differently. In Hong Kong, the "bay window areas" or "deck areas" outside the unit will be added as part of the "gross floor area".
