For the latter I was thinking of 'RCA-Stecker' or 'Cinch-Stecker'.... having trouble with the 'piggyback' though.

If two players want to hear audio on the same Gamesystem, two transmitters will be needed. To use these simultaneously, connect the two piggyback jacks from both audio cables and follow the steps in section “Setting up the Transmitter”.
The piggyback RCA plugs (red/white) on this cable allow your TV and sound system to be used at the same time, so you can turn up the speakers when you aren’t using the headset
