The arbitration hearing was conducted on March X. Respondents did not appear. Claimant submitted evidence in the form of testimony of ... and Exhibits 1-3 were received in evidence. The hearing was not reported. Claimant also submitted a Pre-hearing Arbitration Brief and two Post-hearing Arbitration Briefs.
At the conclusion of the presentation of evidence, Claimant's counsel stated that it had no further evidence to offer. The matter was submitted for decision on receipt of the post-hearing arbitration briefs on March X.
