Concordo con i neutral (perché era quello che volevo dire ma non l\'ho espresso bene) e li rimando alla mia seconda proposta così modificata: \"esige dai dipendenti la massima riservatezza circa le informazioni confidenziali\".
Cioè, anche se nella traduzione non compaiono tutti sostantivi, penso che compaia l\'idea di fondo.
In realtà si dovrebbero cercare in rete i testi sulla corporate governance delle imprese italiane e riprendere la formula. Ci ho provato ma non ho tempo per leggere pagine e pagine di documenti. Suggerimento per l\'asker...

: Sì, però manca il concetto di "insider" che va al d là del semplice dipendente. Un "insider" è un individuo che conosce le più dettagliate politiche aziendali. Il resto dei dipendenti non hanno necessariamente accesso a questi dati.
