Nell'intervento postato prima, ho copiato ed incollato parti del testo che non c'entravano nulla con il comma 3 dell'articolo 18, quello che segue, invece è esatto:

l'articolo 18 del Regolamento così recita. Puo' essere un'informazione non estranea alla domanda. Essendo questa, sembra, la domanda n° 45, l'asker ha probabilmente la possibilità di giudicarne. ;-)

volevo dire che nel testo da te segnalato si parla di "deposito e anticipo" e potrebbe essere una cosa diversa rispetto a quanto detto in questo testo, che invece parla di "rimborso".
