Credo che, consultando google o qualsiasi buon dizionario inglese-italiano tu sia già arrivata alla traduzione che ti ho proposto sopra (in ogni caso ti metto qualche link sotto)
Non è chiaro il contesto: se chi parla sta rivolgendosi a degli aspiranti attori, si potrebbe tradurre "Per favore, mettete le polpette di granchio di mia madre al posto delle vostre facce inespressive!" (le polpette sono più espressive delle vostre facce - per un attore l'espressività è tutto) . Se non si tratta di attori, puoi sostituire inespressive con "insulse" - per una persona qualsiasi l'espressività non è un talento essenziale .
"stuff" significa letteralmente "imbottire, riempire", ma in italiano può essere imbottita una bocca, non una faccia. Io lo intendo come mettere un bel po' di una sostanza al posto di un altra, sostituendola.

Muja mi ha illuminata: probabilmente è più un improperio, quindi, come si invita qualcuno ad andare a quel paese, una persona dice all\'altra: \"Per favore, riempi quella bocca con le polpette di mia madre, incapace!\" forse per invitarlo a stare zitto proprio perché senza talento. Cmq la traduzione non dovrà essere troppo letterale, e se fornissi il dialogo aiuterebbe.
