Siendo del R.U puede que se refiera a carriages como "transportation"; llevar a cada uno adonde corresponda (a su hotel, por ejemplo)

The cost includes a champagne reception, 3 course dinner (without wine), awards presentation & casino tables after dinner. Carriages are at 1am. Once we have received your signed booking form, your invitations will be sent to you, and a blank table plan for you to arrange a seating plan plus some place cards.

agree Jennifer Levey : 'Carriages' is a posh way of saying 'chucking-out time!' - i.e. the time at which people are expected to leave the premises.
