3.002 - Measurement Verification
Any dimensions given by the Interior Designer are approximate and must be verified in writing
by the Manufacturer, to the Purchaser, prior to production.
a) It is the responsibility of the Manufacturer to liaise with the Purchaser to ensure the exact
dimensions of any related items being purchased or existing (e.g. Beds, tables, ***duvet
inserts***, etc. ) have been given correctly and relate to the item actually being purchased. All
dimensions of related items must be confirmed in writing to the Purchaser, for approval,
prior to production. The manufacturer shall be responsible for all costs incurred for their own
inaccuracies.
b) Installation Contractor/Manufacturer shall advise Purchaser, in writing, of any special
requirements for complete installation.
