On November 13, 2008, the Court preliminarily approved the Settlement and certified the case for settlement purposes. All terms of the Settlement shall be governed by and interpreted according to Oregon State laws. Unless you choose to be excluded from this Settlement, you will be bound to the Settlement, if it is approved, and by any order entered by the Court dismissing this class action lawsuit.
