Extra Strength Vitrified Clay Pipes

According to the certificate linked below, "ES" means "Extra Strength". See the first paragraph under the section labeled "1.03 MATERIALS"

Excerpt:
Each length of vitrified clay pipe shall be marked with the manufacturer's name or trademark, the location of the plant, and the words "Extra Strength" or the symbol "ES."
