French term

37ºCOMS 1

French to English Medical Medical (general)
On a patient's medical history, from a hospital in Algeria.

The full line is:

Pouls: 79/min; Ta: 125/71mm Hg; Tº : 37ºCOMS 1, ictère cutanéo-muqueux

The patient's temperature is 37ºC, but it's unclear if there should have been a space between 37ºC and OMS 1? And in that case, is OMS WHO, and what does that have to do with temperature? Or is it referring to the jaundice?
Proposed translations (English)
5 +3 T 37°C, WHO performance status 1

Discussion

Well, I definitely think there is a spacing mistake between 37°C and OMS, now to find out what it exactly means. The only result "OMS 1" is giving me is the performance scale I brought to you. It is a performance scale mainly used for cancer patients but there is a possibility they applied it to this patient as well.
Zoe Perry (asker) Apr 26:
No history of cancer The patient's only diagnosis is cirrhosis of the liver, there is no mention of any cancer or solid tumor. But it would make sense in context that this was some evaluation of his functional status.
Is this a patient suffering from cancer ? OMS might refer to ECOG performance scale, which is used to measure how cancer impacts the patient's daily activities

It's a typo, there should have been a space between C and OMS.
