Hair Iron
"• Mit Temperaturrad zur optimalen Abstimmung auf die Haarstruktur (160° - 220° C)"
Describing the features of a hair iron. I wondered if this might be a typo for "TemperaturGRAD", but I don't think that's the case. Pretty sure it is a wheel-like thing used to adjust the temperature, but just can't think what it's called in English. I feel like there's a really easy solution, but I can't think of it, and the dictionaries haven't heard of Temperaturrad. TIA for your help.

temperature control
I would just simply use temperature control:
The Shine Therapy hair straighteners from Remington have ionic ceramic plates that release a blend of vitamin E and conditioning agents onto your hair as you use them - keeping you moisturised and looking great. These vitamin-infused plates have been tested and are guaranteed to last for over 40,000 uses - around 5 year's worth of straightening. With a floating-plate design to allow even pressure to be applied on the hair, these straighteners also feature a 60-second heat up time, heat boost and temperature lock functions, auto shut off after 60 minutes and a digital variable temperature control between 150ºC - 230ºC with an LCD display. These stylish Remington hair straighteners come in white and also have a cool tip for safe hold and control while styling.

Comment: "It might very well be temperature dial, but I'm not absolutely sure, and "temperature control" got a lot more hits in this context, so I went with that, and it covers more ground too. However, I think temperature dial is highly possible in other contexts (and maybe even this one!), so I'll enter it in the glossary as well. Many thanks, everyone!"

temperature dial
I suppose it's a round dial like on a cooker or something, where you can set the exact temperature rather than just cold - medium - hot.
