La frase comunque non è chiara. Potrebbe anche essere tutto il complesso mascellare nel suo insieme, anche se in quel caso tutta questa filippica non avrebbe molto senso (ma non si sa mai, talvolta gli autori sono poeti mancati, lo sai bene tu quanto me).
Ti consiglio di chiedere delucidazioni agli autori.

: Potresti argomentare in qualche modo? In vent'anni non ho mai sentito niente del genere./ grazie per aver risposto, ma qui si parla di una struttura anatomica, non credo che drawer sia la soluzione adatta. (sorry, non leggo il russo)
