In addition, a number of practical information required to be at hand of the operator, will serve as an easily and quickly accessible reference during their work.

“ZERO BREAKDOWNS” is one of the most important targets of TPM. We are dreaming about a factory with all machines are operating trouble-free. Moreover, all the products produced are high-quality and scraps resulting from our operations decreased significantly.
In order to have such a factory, machine operators have to be informed on the function of the machine at expert-level. Operators must know their machines very well, take responsibility of the maintenance and use their machines with great skills. There is no other approach other than requiring the active participation of operators in maintenance operations to obtain trouble-free machines.
