Just wrapped up an RSI session on the development of a training curriculum. Now, moving over to a website translation. Later, more RSI for an event on literary translation, publishing and international circulation

Today I started with a consecutive interpretation gig (SP/EN). Now I am focusing on some translations, including a ppt for a colleague and an essay for a client. Additionally, I am setting up Zoom meetings for an academic event where I will be a volunteer interpreter.

Also, I participated the awessome 2017 ABRATES conference and the 1st Live Demo of Kudo, a new platform for making virtual multi-lingual conferences a possibility.

This week, so far: translated an academic article on environmental science, translated an interview on mixology, translated a series of articles on northeastern Brazilian cuisine and interpreted for a meeting for an investor. And then there are the books I am working on and the students... just a week in the life of a freelance translator.

Hoje acabou um capítulo no meu caminho: sou formado em tradução e interpretação pela Associação Alumni. Entretanto, continuam as amizades e o aprendizado no dia a dia. Sou feliz e grato pelo apoio de todos. Today marks the end of a chapter on my path; I graduated from the Associação Alumni Translation and Interpretation program. Nevertheless, the friendships and day-to-day learning continue. I am happy and grateful for everyone's support.
