Welcome to my profile.

I am a Turkish Linguist, based in London and currently working as a Freelancer for agencies, law firms, notaries, corporate clients. I do provide translation, editing, proofreading, transcribing and Voice Over services. I have over 15 years work experience.

I have a BA in English Linguistics with 20 credits in Translation. I've also studied Masters in Information Communications / Digital Interactive TV Production and Management.

I've worked for big brands in England; Sky TV , Hodder Education, Ladbrokes and in Turkey, Beko Electronics, FIAT-TOFAS, Arkas, Panasonic, tv8, Audi, American Hospital, Koc Holding (the biggest industrial complex).

I have extensive experience in Media, worked for a political review called NPQ Turkey which was originated in Los Angeles. I have worked as a Presenter & Producer for some TV channels in Turkey. I am into literature, poetry, popart-opart, 80's, 60's and I am interested in a wide range of music from Miles Davis to System of a Dawn.

I love cinema and have experience of subtitling tools.

I've TEFL qualification, and have some students who are learning Turkish. I have worked for Hodder Education as a Translator and Voice Over Artist and prepared a booklet & CD called One-Day-Turkish! I love teaching Turkish!

I have first-class editing and proofreading skills and I am flexible to meet tight deadlines.
