jack arch brick

It should be "bovedilla". It can also be translated as "in-floor brick". Forjado de bovedilla translates as "hollow-tile floor".

small vault (between rafters)

Hello Dennis,
I agree with David that it should be "bovedilla" and not "bodedilla".
This is another possibility according to S&S:

bovedilla (archit.) small vault (between rafters)
Simon & Schuster's Bilingual Dictionary©

vault
n.
1.
a. An arched structure, usually of masonry or concrete, serving to cover a space.

raf·ter
n.
One of the sloping beams that supports a pitched roof.

The American Heritage® Dictionary of the English Language

bovedilla.
(Del dim. de bóveda).
1. f. Bóveda pequeña que se forja entre viga y viga del techo de una habitación, para cubrir el espacio comprendido entre ellas. Antiguamente se hacían de yeso; hoy se hacen de ladrillo u hormigón.

neutral Kim Metzger : I think it's a type of brick, Oso, but I'm not sure what you'd call these: http://www.gruposiles.com/gs_tecni.htm

Hi Kim, great link! It looks like it's indeed a brick. I would say it's a kind of "celosía cerámica", but I don't know what the Eng. term would be. Thanks for your comment. Saludos ¶:^)
