I have these three words in the same context each to refer to a different period of age. What Arabic word would differ between them in a way that clarifies the meaning of age needed? Please note that the words sometimes occur in the same sentence, so having just the same word isn't possible.

toddler denotes a baby or a child who has just learnt how to walk. That fact should be stressed. All toddlers are babies and also children.
the word BABY stresses teh fact that he/she still needs MILK as food... so رضيع best denotes baby.
children has much broad meaning.
