When deciding between easy and pro, err on the side of pro. Most questions will be pro.

Danke, Johannes. Wenn es hier um eine Halbleiterschicht geht, ist Halbleiterschicht natürlich auch okay. Ich habe die Frage mehr verstanden als "Halbleiter" vs. "Dielektrikum" (rein technisch).
