I think that "wealth management" is generally offered to "wealthy" people (there is a minimum like one million dollars or so) while portfolio management is for general public.
I think that "rizeni bohatstvi" is not suitable in the banking context.

I think that Wealth Management as such is a tricky field in a country like the CR. There is not yet very much "wealth" in the country and the term almost certainly should give a different impression here than it does abroad. I think this needs to be reflected in the translation. Therefore I would go for "financial planning and management" as this sounds more "down to earth" and probably is more likely to be accepted by the audiance here.

Don't think banks here do manage real estate AND would you trust a czech bank in this field??? I firmly believe that here it is only about a person's financial matters.
