the Temperos del Campo probably means wild herbs or wild=picked herbs..like Rosemary....it's not seasonings because that's more like things in powdered form, IMO

I think the correct term for cochinillo es <<suckling>> or <<young pig>>; and I think that <<temperos>> are spices or seasoning. See the various recipes that I found, especially for Brazilian food. Sounds delicious.
