the Temperos del Campo probably means wild herbs or wild=picked herbs..like Rosemary....it's not seasonings because that's more like things in powdered form, IMO

campo here is not country, it is from the field, imo...of course, fields are usually in the country..

agree Rachel Fell : or Golden-roasted suckling pig with wild picked herbs/Do you mean it's better with a hyphen after the wild? I'd say it's optional but haven't got strong feelings on it - cf. fresh picked flowers

golden-baked suckling pig with country seasoning/spices

I think the correct term for cochinillo es <<suckling>> or <<young pig>>; and I think that <<temperos>> are spices or seasoning. See the various recipes that I found, especially for Brazilian food. Sounds delicious.
