English term

high-quality operation (on terms)

Non-PRO English to Japanese Bus/Financial Real Estate a lease agreement
-We are pleased to inform you that we have received an offer to lease the captioned premises for the high-quality operation on the principal terms and conditions...

The concept is understandable but can't find a suitable Japanese expression for "high-quality operation" here.

Could someone familiar with this kind of sentence please give me a help.

Thank you in advance.
