Non-PRO English to French Law/Patents Law (general) accord

X is entering into this agreement having made such inspection and investigation of the said Intellectual Property as it thinks fit, on the basis of a purchase by X of the said Intellectual property “as is”, and in full knowledge and acceptance of the terms and conditions of this agreement and in particular (but without limitation) of the fact that the price to be paid for the same hereunder has been calculated on the acknowledged basis that the risk of good title to all or any of the said Intellectual Property not passing hereunder to X or at all is X’s and that since it is contracting with a company the terms and conditions of this agreement are reasonable
