I am translating a text on the rehabilitation of persons politically persecuted in the former GDR (materials of an anticommunist conference), and at the end of the text, the abbreviations of German laws are given as references. Would greatly appreciate your help in giving the English translations of the titles of these laws.

Rechtsstaatwidrig is fairly hard to translate clearly. It most closely means "in a manner contrary to the rule of law," so if you're not averse to verbosity something like "...Victims of Criminal Prosecutions Contrary to the Rule of Law..." might be OK, too. You could also simply use "illegal."
"Beitrittsgebiet" is also tricky. "Area of Accession" is close to the original wording (and has the right sense, if technical), but you could also paraphrase as "Territory of the Former German Democratic Republic," etc.
