Proposem realitzar un fulletó, tipus quadríptic, per tal de presentar de forma clara i concisa les activitats que desenvoluparem, una petita referència històrica i un text de presentació de Catalunya.

Algú sap com dir quadríptic en anglès? He traduït fulletó per flyer...

Although Serge is technically correct, I don't think anyone except a handful of grizzled lexicographers would readily understand *quadruptych*.

I would also say that something that has a mere four panels hardly deserves to be called a *brochure*.

On second thought, it would be odd in English to refer to the precise number of panels, or sides. "Flyer", "leaflet" or "brochure" by themselves would do, the choice depending on the size of the document in question.

agree Timothy Barton : Yes. Could this "tipus" not be a way of saying "such as"? Ie, they don't mean necessarily that it has to have precisely four panels. Not sure though. This is something you should check with a Catalan.

agree Patrick Bones : My thoughts exactly. Yes, stay away from flyer. In the States that's what is used to advertise things like keg parties or garage sales (of course there's nothing wrong with such events, but...)

neutral Timothy Barton : Well you've taught me a new word in English, but I don't think it should be used here. If I've learnt the meaning of the word in Catalan before I've learnt it in English, that tells me that in normal circumstances I shouldn't use it in a translation.

folded leaflet

Given your context, I would just say "folded leaflet". The author doesn't seem to mean that he wants exactly 4 sides. Maybe somewhere else in the text there is a more precise description of the leaflet, but for this sentence I wouldn't necessarily bother being so precise. I think any English-speaking person would just say a leaflet.

When I think "flyer", I think of a single, unfolded sheet.
