Discussion

Steven Sidore Feb 21, 2006:
I'm just tickled by the combination of "Poetry&Lit" with "RETAIL."
Stephen Sadie (asker) Feb 21, 2006:
i consider that very unlikely, this is a huge and highly professional company
Lori Dendy-Molz Feb 21, 2006:
Could it be that the actual quote is a graphic that somehow didn't make it into your text (PDF file converted to text, maybe)?
Stephen Sadie (asker) Feb 21, 2006:
lori: exactly what i think, i had originally not posted this as i couldn't believe it is from hf but a few doubts arose whilst checking some 4,500 lines!
Lori Dendy-Molz Feb 21, 2006:
Stephen, I doubt that this is a quote from HF. Aside from the fact that it's basically identical to many statements I've seen in CI guides, why would Ford be talking about xxx GmbH? Methinks the actual quote may be missing from your text.

brand recognition

gets 857,000 googles ... but still no sign of the elusive Mr Ford

If brand loyalty is strong enough, customers will consistently purchase the brand when they need a product in the particular product category. The three degrees of brand loyalty are brand recognition, brand preference, and brand insistence.
