The first set of (Firmenname) Basic European Dealer Standards has been in place since approx. October 2003.
These standards are the minimum requirements for the (Firmenname) Truck Sales and (Firmenname) Service Dealers and are an annex to the (Firmenname) contracts.
The standards also define the “Entrance level” for new potential service dealers.
