To Joanna: No, I wouldn't say "I love you, warts and all" myself:) But still: it may be used to describe somebody else's feelings in a narration.
An example from Collins Cobuild Idioms Dictionary (HarperCollins Publishers, 2002):
"Judith would not be the first wife to have got the measure of her husband and decided that he is still the man for her, warts and all."
