In urma analizei efectuate asupra situatiei juridice si tehnice a IMOBILULUI, se constata de comun acord ca titlul de proprietate al PROMITENTULUI CUMPARATOR asupra IMOBILULUI este atins de vicii sau grevat cu sarcini opozabile cumparatorului, cu exceptia acelor vicii sau sarcini care nu afecteaza grav titlul de proprietate al PROMITENTULUI CUMPARATOR, nu conduc la pierderea emolumentului dreptului de proprietate si nu impiedica realizarea proiectului urmarit de PROMITENTULUI CUMPARATOR

Emolument derives from Latin emolumentum, originally a sum paid to a miller for grinding out one's wheat, from molere, "to grind." It is related to molar, the "grinding" tooth.

Poti spune ceva de genul "...do not result in the loss of the fee incurred by/corresponding to the ownership right." Ca sa nu fie chiar mot-a-mot.
