A marriage proof, notice or a sentence in some cases, it is for persons who started a relationship, just like married people, and gotr children, and then proceded and decided to get a marrige proof, and hnce approach a court to get their marriage documented, I have translated similar document for some stateless bedoon from Kuwait and Iraq, where the authorities did not allow them to get married or denied them the right of geting married formally through the court system, and this is regarded as a form of human rights violation and persecution.

, they can get such a document, as the purpose of which is to document the marriage, just to express theirrelationship tot he jconcerned judge and conquently such a relationship get documented based on their evidence as well as the evidence provided by the witnesses - I hope this is helpful - Thanks and excuse me for my poor Romanian writing :-D
