Vin si eu cu propunerea nr. 4 :))

Consider ca certify e prea puternic pentru "avizat". Iata definitiile de dictionar: CERTIFY: "1. a. To confirm formally as true, accurate, or genuine. b. To guarantee as meeting a standard: butter that was certified Grade A. 2. To acknowledge in writing on the face of (a check) that the signature of the maker is genuine and that there are sufficient funds on deposit for its payment. 3. To issue a license or certificate to. 4. To declare legally insane."

Intr-adevar, avizarea precede aprobarea. De aceea, poate nu ar fi bine sa punem ceva atat de ... final ca certify sau endorse (care implica ori o semnatura ori un public statement, tot cf. dictionarului ;), poate authorised sau cleared s-ar potrivi ceva mai bine... I-ar daca ar fi un text mai putin "oficial" ar merge inclusiv "okayed"...
