The drug is bisoprolol and the sentence is from the section of the information leaflet on interactions with other drugs (in this case Dihydropyridine-type calcium antagonists), which can cause the "fallo cardiaco". I don't think "heart failure" can be the answer, because a translation "could produce heart failure in patients with heart failure" doesn't sound quite right. If the disease is "heart failure" then I think "fallo cardiaco" must be "heart attack". |
