English to Russian Other Government / Politics
the word combination to be translated is "game development", and has probably nothing to do with nomal meaning of the word "game". It is one of the activities of the person, who provides trainig. The context: SocialSciences.
Could it mean development of some scenario, or plan of a project?

What sort of training? A game is likely to mean some sort of group activity, but there is little to go on in your description.

I've set the lowest confidence level because the context is unclear. Perhaps the person in question deals with training students in computer game development (the links from English-speaking countries mostly suggest such idea), however one needs some broader context to respond
