Termos de pratos culinários
Já faço parte da lista há um bom tempo e, sempre que posso, acompanho algumas mensagens.
Estou vertendo um texto do português para inglês de alguns pratos culinários e estou na dúvida quanto a versão deles. Adotei as seguintes soluções, mas estou com o pé atrás.
Tortelli de carne seca com abóbora ao molho cremoso
Tortelli filled with dried meat, accompanied of pumpkin with creamy sauce (?)
Mignon de Leitãozinho com Farofa de Maracujá Doce
Filet Mignon of Suckling Pig with Farofa (a Brazilian toasted manioc meal) of Sweet Passion Fruit (?)
Mini Abóbora Recheada com Pupunha ao Molho de Mostarda e Estragão
Mini Pumpkin Stuffed with Pupunha (a fruit from a species of palm called Bactris gasipaes native to the tropical forests of the South and Central America), accompanied of Mustard Sauce and Tarragon (?)
Morangos recheados com doce de leite, calda de chocolate servido com sorvete de creme
Strawberries stuffed with doce de leite (a kind of Brazilian traditional milk caramel), chocolate syrup served with cream ice-cream(?)
Oriental servido com papilote de shiitake e shimeji na manteiga
Oriental Chicken served with papillote of shiitake and shimeji mushrooms in butter(?)
Referentes às palavras farofa, pupunha e doce de leite, como não possuem equivalentes, mantive o termo e coloquei uma explicação entre parênteses, já que nem todos podem saber o que significam.

Não sabia desse método de colocação de dúvidas. Na última vez que acessei o Proz, agrupei todas as dúvidas em uma coisa só e não houve problema. Pelo jeito, as regras mudaram e vou ver como elas ficaram agora.
