The SME Finance Facility has two closely co-ordinated “Windows”: a Loan, Guarantee and Leasing Window for the local banks or leasing companies and an Equity Window for the investment funds.
The Loan, Guarantee and Leasing Window provides
banks or leasing companies in the candidate countries with loan and leasing funds linked to a combination of various incentives: performance fees, technical support, partial guarantees of the banks’ SME portfolio and other incentives.
