wypruje ci flaki

Hard to give an explanation as it cannot be supported by anything else than the native speaker's intuition of the way it would sound like in Polish.

Wyssie z ciebie życie / flaki z ciebie wypruje

"with a sponge for a brain. and a mop for a heart: he'll soak up your love
if you let him and leave you as dry as a cork. he'll punch out your guts

when a boy goes away: to another boy's arms. what else can you do
but lie down with the dogs. with the hounds with the curs. with the mutts"

Peer comment(s):

Freeze!"

Spiore ci ryj!

Less literal, but more in tune, I belive, with the tone and the mental associations conjured by the expression.

"Wypruje ci flaki" (literaly "I will rip your guts out") in the other answer instantly brings to mind images of cutting and ripping with a sharp object, e.g., a knife; whereas punching implies using one's fists primarily. And that's what I went for.
(Maybe we should consult Mike Tyson, Andrzej Golota or some other expert pugilist?)
To any of my male colleagues who may not agree with me: Let's take it outside, man! C'mon; you and me!
Peer comment(s):

agree maciejm : I'd say "spiore cie na kwasne jablko", which isn't intensive enough and "dam ci w ryj(a)/kly" "dam ci po ryju"(but not "po klach")
