uznawać roszczenia
Z całą pewnością nie chodzi o zwykłe "wyrażanie opinii".
Ze słownika Ożgi: confession of judg(e)ment: wyrok oparty na uznaniu roszczenia
Właśnie tłumaczę umowę z e zdaniem: The Manager shall not have the authority to (...) confess a judgment against the Company in an amount in excess of $10,000.
W tym wypadku uznanie roszczenia pasuje idealnie.
No i z Wikipedii:
Confession of judgment = a type of contract (or a clause with such a provision) in which a party agrees to let the other party enter a judgment against him or her.
A typical confession of judgment is: "The undersigned irrevocably authorizes any attorney to appear in any court of competent jurisdiction and confess a judgment without process in favor of the creditor for such amount as may then appear unpaid hereon, and to consent to immediate execution upon such judgment."
