Arabic term

أصلياً

Arabic to English Law/Patents Law (general) Inheritance
This is in contrast to احتياطياً, in a Kuwaiti legal case stating the (primary) and (secondary, or backup) aims of the lawsuit. Does anyone know the American English equivalent in legal terminology?
