Supplier to be kept informed, reporting

Once a year, within one month following December 31st of each year THE DISTRIBUTOR shall submit to THE SUPPLIER a detailed and transparent sales report covering the 12 preceding months as well as a rolling 12-month forecast of the estimated sales of the products in the territory. Each such yearly sales report shall contain an up to date activity report. Such activity report shall show, for each of the products the actual and forthcoming projects in the territory and the total distribution of each product by quantity.
THE DISTRIBUTOR will inform THE SUPPLIER latest by November 30th of each year of the approximate quantities of each of the products THE DISTRIBUTOR is likely to purchase from THE SUPPLIER during the following year.
