My second qestion is about the use of politicas...I know this is not about political parties like the Labour or Conservative parties.

¿Se investiga, dirige y responde a las dudas o cuestiones de los trabajadores y otras partes políticas interesadas mediante conformidades o no conformidades con los requerimientos de éste estándard.

You could say “political actors”, which is a standard term in the social sciences, especially political science (try Googling it).

But in this context I would opt for “other stakeholders”. “Partes interesadas” is a common rendering of the currently fashionable word “stakeholders”, especially in the context of international aid and development. The “políticas” is not particularly important in an English rendering, since the entire context makes it plain that the “stakeholders” are political actors.

“Bodies” and “agencies” and so forth don’t really work in this context because “partes interesadas” can cover institutions that are not organizations – like families, for example. A family is an institution but it not a formally constituted body/organization/agency.

Pienso que esa sería la traducción. Si se habla de trabajadores y otras partes, las partes no pueden ser policies sino cuerpos políticos, como sindicatos, etc. , por lo tanto no creo que sea policies en este caso.
