: A zwykły? - może być zupełny.:) // Nazwę instytucji pytająca wpisała w nagłówku, skąd wynika, że sednem jest "odpis zupełny". // Podkreślona chyba miała być nazwa "Centralna Informacja Ksiąg Wieczystych" - po co tłumaczyć z angielskiego na angielski?:)

My suggestion focuses on the question"nazwa tej instytucji',which is,I believe,'Land & Mortage Register',rather than'mortgage register'.//'nazwa tej instytucji' + 'podkreslona nazwe' doesn't = the essence of the question?
