Gemeinsam mit seinem Team plan und entwickelt er den Marktauftritt von _CompanyX_
In conjunction with his team, he will design and develop the marketing presence of the Company X.
By design, I don't mean literally design, but more abstractly more like devise. The direct translation for Marketingauftritt is 'marketing appearance.' But I don't believe appearance is really the right word.

Either way, I think the terms "image" and "identity" (i.e. how a company presents itself) apply here. You might also want to insert "corporate" - depending on the context.

I'm not familiar with Durdle Door, but now that you mention it, my iceberg does bear a strong resemblance to the elephant's trunk in Etretat. No Feierabend yet here, I'm afraid (we're 4 hours behind CET).
