Spanish term

parco

Spanish to English Other Media / Multimedia TV news
This term is used frequently in a focus group report from Colombia, to describe a newscast that participants disliked. Generally, they found the presentation style too flat, serious, monotonous, boring, impersonal, lacking dynamism. Here's a sample sentence:

"Lo de los presentadores es muy frio, muy parco, muy monotono."

How would you translate "parco"?
