Overall Job Purpose:
Responsible for managing all ING Bank information technology infrastructure across all platforms including Wintel servers, UNIX, Voice, Network and Messaging.

Ensuring that the Bank’s systems meet agreed Service Levels for availability, reliability and that the Infrastructure Services teams meet expectations for customer service and project delivery.

The position includes managing a team of 10 – 15 staff to deliver these services, managing an external ING group provider (Katowice ISP) for UNIX support and managing key vendor relationships to deliver infrastructure services.
