W tym sensie kapitał społeczny, podobnie jak kapitał ludzki jest zasobem wytwórczym. Analogicznie jak inne zasoby wytwórcze ma charakter produkcyjny.

Mam wątpliwości, czy mogę to przetłumaczyć w tym kontekście jako "manufacturing asset". Bardziej by chyba pasowało "productive asset", ale wtedy w ostatnim zdaniu robi się masło maślane - "is of productive nature" i w ogóle za dużo tej produktywności. Nie bardzo wiem, jak z tego wybrnąć.
